DINNER MENU

Chef Antoine Golden has developed a wonderful dinner menu for you to enjoy, as you listen to the world-class music performing at Jimmy Mak's. He has a slightly French influence to offer with his Steak au Poivre, Coq au Vin, and Braised Lamb Shank. Don't miss out on those St. Louis Ribs, Gulf Prawn Scampi, and the other delicious items on our menu.

STARTERS, BURGERS, AND GYROS

Greek Dips and Pita - $6 each
These delicious specialty dips are all made from scratch, and served with a full loaf
of pita bread.

Hummus, a traditional Middle Eastern dip of pureed garbanzo beans, tahini, and garlic.
Tzatziki, a traditional Greek yogurt-based dip with pureed cucumbers, garlic, mint & dill.
Feta Dip is a tasty combination of feta cheese, garlic, and yogurt.
Baba Ghanoush is a flavorful blend of pureed eggplant, tahini, garlic, and olive oil.

Combo Dip and Pita - $9
Try a little taste of all four dips.

Spinach and Artichoke Dip - $6
A blend of spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, and feta cheese, warmed and
served with fried pita chips.

Antipasti - $12
House-cured lamb, assorted meats, a mix of cheeses, marinated vegetables, kalamata olives, gorgonzola-topped roasted garlic, and pita bread.

Kalamari - $8
Our version of a timeless Greek delicacy is lightly battered and served with tzatziki.

Salmon Cakes - $8
Deliciously seasoned salmon cakes, served on a bed of wild greens gremolata, and
topped with a roasted garlic-lemon aioli and pico de gallo.

Spanakopita - $8
A classic Greek dish, a delicious mix of spinach, feta cheese, and a special blend of herbs and spices, are all wrapped into flaky triangles of fillo dough.

Falafel - $9
A vegetarian delight of seasoned ground garbanzo patties, deep fried, and served with pita bread, tzatziki, tomatoes, and cucumber slices.

Jimmy Mak's Burger - $14
A delicious half-pound, 100% ground lamb burger, blended with our house seasonings, topped with feta cheese, honey-cured bacon, and fried onion strings, garnished with our house sauce.
Your choice of house-cut fries or garden salad.

Classic Grilled Burger- $12
Our delicious half-pound lean beef burger, seasoned with herbs and spices, topped with honey-cured bacon, your choice of smoked provolone, feta, cheddar, or bleu cheese, and fried onion strings.
Served with your choice of house-cut fries or side garden salad.

Gyros - $12
A tasty combination of seasoned Beef/Lamb gyro meat, combined with lettuce, tomato, onion, feta and tzatziki, wrapped in a fresh pita.
Served with your choice of house-cut fries or garden salad.


SOUPS & SALADS
Add a skewer of our marinated chicken ($4), lamb ($5), or prawns ($5) to any full sized salad.

Greek Village Salad (Horiatiki)- $10 full/ $6 side
The traditional Greek salad, served in the style of the old country, with cucumber, tomato, red onion, feta cheese, kalamata olives, and our house dressing.

Caesar Salad - $10 full/ $6 side
Chopped romaine lettuce, tossed in our house-made caesar-anchovy dressing, topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese.

Pear and Hazelnut Salad - $10
Spring greens are tossed with dried cranberries, candied hazelnuts, and crumbled goat cheese in a port wine vinaigrette, topped with slices of port-poached pears.

Warm Spinach Salad - $12
Spinach tossed in a warm roasted fennel vinaigrette, topped with lentils, pecans, and shaved Kefalotiri cheese.

Blackened Salmon Caesar Salad - $16
A generous portion of salmon fillet is blackened and grilled, then served over a bed of fresh romaine lettuce, tossed in our house-made Caesar-anchovy dressing, topped with parmesan cheese, and accompanied with cheese crusted crostini.

Lentil Soup - $6 bowl/ cup $4
A traditional vegetarian combination of lentils, celery, carrots, and a delicious blend of herbs and seasonings.

ENTRÉES

Steak au Poivre - $25
We hand-cut your New York Steak and prepare it in a classically French fashion, peppercorn crusted and seared, adorned with a brandy cream reduction.
Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Surf and Turf - $24
21-day locally aged signature top sirloin steak, paired with a savory gulf prawn scampi. Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Braised Lamb Shank - $25
A house specialty, this bone-in lamb shank is braised in natural au jus with red wine, served with mint couscous and collard greens.

Broiled Salmon Fillet - $21
Your hand-cut salmon fillet is served atop a timbale of Israeli couscous, barley, spinach, mushrooms, and roasted red peppers, dressed with a lemon-dill cream sauce.

Gulf Prawn Scampi - $20
Large Gulf Prawns are sauteed with tomato, scallions, and garlic, finished with a rich and buttery beurre blanc and white truffle oil, and served over linguini.

St. Louis Style Ribs - $18
This half-rack of pork ribs are slow-cooked and fall off the bone good, prepared with a BBQ Bourbon glaze, served with red potato salad and collard greens.

Mushroom Marsala Chicken - $20
A plump chicken breast is pan seared with a savory mushroom marsala demi-glaze, served with roasted red potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Coq au Vin- $18
This French braise of chicken is classically prepared with mirepoix and a red wine reduction, served with roasted red potatoes.
