DINNER MENU
Jimmy Mak’s was founded as a small family restaurant in July, 1996. Our objective was to pair our family’s Greek and Middle Eastern food, with great music, in a comfortable atmosphere.
We focus on fresh ingredients, with everything made to order. We’re heavy on the garlic, olive oil, and great variety of flavors that can be found in the Mediterranean.

STARTERS, BURGERS, AND GYROS
Greek Dips and Pita - $5 each
These delicious specialty dips are all made from scratch, and served with a full loaf
of pita bread.
• Hummus, a traditional Middle Eastern dip of pureed garbanzo beans, tahini, and garlic.
• Tzatziki, a traditional Greek yogurt-based dip with pureed cucumbers, garlic, mint & dill.
• Feta dip is a tasty combination of feta cheese, garlic, and yogurt.
• Baba Ghanoush is a flavorful blend of pureed eggplant, tahini, garlic, and olive oil.
Combo Dip and Pita - $9
Try a little taste of all four dips.
Antipasti - $10
House-cured lamb pastrami, cured and fresh vegetables, kasseri cheese, and a sample of all four of the above dips.
Kalamari - $8
Our version of a timeless Greek delicacy is lightly battered and served with tzatziki.
Dolmathes - $7
Delicious seasoned ground lamb and rice rolled into tender grape leaves.
Falafel - $8
A vegetarian delight of seasoned ground garbanzo patties, deep fried, and served with pita bread, tzatziki, tomatoes, and cucumber slices.
Jimmy Mak's Burger - $12
A delicious half-pound, 100% ground lamb burger, blended with our house seasonings, served with feta cheese and bacon, and garnished with our house sauce. Your choice of fries or onion rings.
Grilled Burger, with curly fries or onion rings - $10
Our delicious half-pound lean beef burger, seasoned with herbs and spices.
Add feta or cheddar cheese, or bacon, for $1 per item.
Gyros - $10
Your choice of a seasoned Beef/Lamb combination or chicken with lettuce, tomato, onion, feta and tzatziki wrapped in a fresh pita. Served with seasoned curly fries or onion rings.
SOUPS & SALADS
Add a skewer of our marinated chicken, lamb, or prawns to any full sized salad for $4.
Greek Salad - $9 / side $5
Fresh red leaf and romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and onion, with kalamata olives, feta cheese, garbanzo beans, and house Greek dressing.
Pear and Gorgonzola Salad - $10
Mixed greens, sliced pear, red onion, gorgonzola cheese, candied pecans, and a wonderful house-made Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Melon and Citrus Salad - $10
Mixed greens, tossed with fresh watermelon, toasted walnuts and crumbled feta, drizzled with a citrus vinaigrette, and garnished with orange slices.
Tabouli - $7
A combination of bulgar wheat, diced cucumbers, tomatoes, parsley, onion, all tossed in a lemon and olive oil dressing, served with cornichons and olives.
House Garden Salad - $7 / side $5
Red leaf and romaine lettuce, red onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers, served with your choice of ranch, bleu cheese, Greek, or fresh mint vinagrette dressing.
Lentil Soup - $5
A traditional vegetarian combination of lentils, celery, carrots, and a delicious blend of herbs and seasonings.

ENTRÉES
Mediterranean Grilled Steak - $26
A choice cut, grilled and served with a Kasseri Cheese potato gratin, vegetable of the day, and accompanied with a honey-lager reduction.
Braised Lamb Shank- $24
Slow cooked lamb shank, braised in a port wine sauce, nestled between stewed lentils and sauteed collard greens.
Braised Rack of Pork Ribs - $22
A Kansas City style 1/2 rack of baby back pork ribs, slow braised in our house marinade, served with creamy whipped sweet potato, and vegetable of the day.
Pork Loin with Chutney - $18
Pork loin, seasoned and grilled, served with a mint and pear chutney, orzo, and vegetables.
Grilled Salmon - $21
Grilled salmon, served with a fresh fennel and cucumber medley, lightly seasoned with a sherry-tomato vinaigrette.
Etoufe' - $19
The classic Creole prawn stew, jazzed up with Anduille sausage, served with our house orzo, and sauteed collard greens.
Seared Cod Fillet - $18
Cod fillet, encrusted with a seasoned mix of bread crumbs, served with a sweet pepper relish, and accompanied by a celery root puree and vegetables.
Pan Seared Chicken- $18
Half chicken, pan seared to perfection and served with a fava bean puree, garlic-spinach, and a dijon-mustard sauce.
Chicken Athena - $17
Chicken roulade, stuffed with spinach and feta cheese, seared and served with orzo and vegetables.
Blackened Chicken Alfredo - $17
Chicken breast, blackened and served with sweet peas and baby corn, tossed in bow-tie pasta, with a Kasseri cream sauce.
Spanakopita - $15
A Greek specialty, flaky filo dough layered with feta cheese, rice, and spinach.
Moussaka - $15
A unique casserole layered with sliced eggplant, ground lamb, kasseri cheese, and topped with béchamel sauce.
