DINNER MENU
Jimmy Mak’s was founded as a small family restaurant in July, 1996. Our objective was to pair our family’s Greek and Middle Eastern food, with great music, in a comfortable atmosphere.
We focus on fresh ingredients, with everything made to order. We’re heavy on the garlic, olive oil, and great variety of flavors that can be found in the Mediterranean.

STARTERS, BURGERS, AND GYROS
Greek Dips and Pita - $6 each
These delicious specialty dips are all made from scratch, and served with a full loaf
of pita bread.
• Hummus, a traditional Middle Eastern dip of pureed garbanzo beans, tahini, and garlic.
• Tzatziki, a traditional Greek yogurt-based dip with pureed cucumbers, garlic, mint & dill.
• Feta dip is a tasty combination of feta cheese, garlic, and yogurt.
• Baba Ghanoush is a flavorful blend of pureed eggplant, tahini, garlic, and olive oil.
Combo Dip and Pita - $9
Try a little taste of all four dips.
Antipasti - $12
House-cured lamb, assorted meats and imported cheeses, marinated vegetables, kalamata olives, gorgonzola-topped roasted garlic, and pita bread.
Roasted garlic with olives- $10
Roasted cloves of garlic, topped with gorgonzola cheese, served with house marinated kalamata olives, roasted red pepper, and pita bread.
Kalamari - $8
Our version of a timeless Greek delicacy is lightly battered and served with tzatziki.
Dolmathes - $8
Delicious seasoned ground lamb and rice rolled into tender grape leaves.
Falafel - $8
A vegetarian delight of seasoned ground garbanzo patties, deep fried, and served with pita bread, tzatziki, tomatoes, and cucumber slices.
Jimmy Mak's Burger - $12
A delicious half-pound, 100% ground lamb burger, blended with our house seasonings, served with feta cheese and bacon, and garnished with our house sauce. Your choice of fries or onion rings.
Bacon Bleu Burger- $12
Our delicious half-pound beef burger, seasoned with herbs and spices, topped with melted bleu cheese, crispy bacon, and our house-made BBQ sauce. Your choice of fries or onion rings.
Classic Grilled Burger- $10
Our delicious half-pound lean beef burger, seasoned with herbs and spices.
Add feta cheese, cheddar cheese, or bacon, for $1 per item. Served with your choice of fries or onion rings.
Gyros - $10
A tasty combination of seasoned Beef/Lamb gyro meat, combined with lettuce, tomato, onion, feta and tzatziki, wrapped in a fresh pita. Served with your choice of fries or onion rings.
SOUPS & SALADS
Add a skewer of our marinated chicken or lamb to any full sized salad for $4.
Greek Salad - $10 / side $5
Fresh red leaf and romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and onion, with kalamata olives, feta cheese, garbanzo beans, and house Greek dressing.
Pear and Gorgonzola Salad - $10
Mixed greens, sliced pear, red onion, gorgonzola cheese, candied pecans, and a wonderful house-made Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Walnut Beet Salad - $10
Fresh organic spinach, glazed walnuts and kefalotyri cheese, tossed in our house balsamic dressing, and topped with crispy bacon and marinated beets.
Tabouli - $8
A combination of bulgar wheat, diced cucumbers, tomatoes, parsley, onion, all tossed in a lemon and olive oil dressing, served with cornichons and olives.
Lentil Soup - $5
A traditional vegetarian combination of lentils, celery, carrots, and a delicious blend of herbs and seasonings.

ENTRÉES
Mediterranean Grilled Steak - $26
A hand cut, choice sirloin, grilled and served with a Kasseri Cheese potato gratin, vegetable of the day, and accompanied with a mulled wine reduction.
Coffee Sirloin- $26
A hand-cut choice top sirloin, rubbed with a blend of rich South American coffees, topped with melted kasseri and gorgonzola cheese, accompanied by our kasseri cheese potato gratin, and sauteed vegetables.
Braised Lamb Shank- $24
Slow cooked lamb shank, braised to tender perfection in a burgundy reduction, served with whipped garlic potatoes and sauteed collard greens.
Pork Loin with Chutney - $19
A thick loin, hand cut, seasoned and grilled, served with a mint and pear chutney, orzo, and vegetables.
Grilled Asian Salmon - $22
A delicious salmon fillet, grilled with a sweet ginger glaze, and served over a spicy Bok Choy salad.
Crusted Cod Fillet - $19
Cod fillet, encrusted with a seasoned Panko crust, pan seared, served with a sweet pepper relish, and accompanied by orzo pasta and sauteed vegetables.
Etoufe' - $19
The classic Creole prawn stew, jazzed up with Andoille sausage and prawns, served over rice, with sauteed collard greens.
Roasted Half-Chicken- $20
A large, tender half-chicken, pan seared and served over whipped garlic potatoes, with sauteed spinach, and a dijon-mustard sauce.
Bourbon Chicken - $19
Pan-seared chicken breast, finished in a creamy bourbon and mushroom sauce, served with whipped garlic potatoes, and sauteed seasonal vegetables.
Blackened Chicken Alfredo - $19
Chicken breast, blackened and served with sweet peas and baby corn, tossed in bow-tie pasta, with a Kasseri cream sauce.
Spanakopita - $16
A Greek specialty, flaky filo dough layered with feta cheese, rice, and spinach.
Moussaka - $16
A unique casserole layered with sliced eggplant, ground lamb, kasseri cheese, and topped with béchamel sauce.
